We took Chase up to the mall to take a picture with the Easter Bunny. We were going to go up to a botanical garden in West Palm Beach but they were booked already because they have an Easter Egg Hunt. Clearly, he's too young to participate. Anyways, we started our journey driving down south to the mall in Aventura. In my opinion, Aventura Mall is the largest in South Florida. So, naturally this mall would have an Easter Bunny. NOPE! No bunny! Of course, we figured that out AFTER we walked around the entire mall, upstairs and down. I still cannot believe they did not have an Easter Bunny! We then decided to drive up to the Galleria Mall which is literally 7 minutes from our house. This time we called in advance to make sure they had a Bunny. We get there with Chase starting to get a little irritated because he had not had a nap all day and we were convinced he would cry the second this giant rabbit held him. There even was a little 3 year old boy that had to be dragged up to the bunny only to cry and run the other direction. FYI: Chase is going through a phase that 4 months old go through in which they are not so sure of strangers. Well, once we gave him to the Bunny, he was all smiles and giggles. I guess he thought it was a giant stuffed animal or a giant dog, like Muppet. Anyways, the picture turned out good and I am glad he did not end up screaming!!
